Villa Espineda - Luxury Villa with Private Heated Pool

Villa Espineda is a truly beautiful new property having just been designer furnished for the 2010 season. The whole property is extremely spacious.

The living room, kitchen and dining room are on the first floor to take advantage of the spectacular views over the Praia d'el Rey golf course and out to sea.

There is a large living room with ample seating for eight and a sun terrace with table and chairs just off the living room. A perfect place to sit out and enjoy the sun and the views.

There is also a study on the first floor with an additional sofa bed, desk and chair. The fully-equipped kitchen has a hob, oven, large fridge-freezer and microwave.

The four bedrooms, all with private en suite facilities, are on the lower ground floor with access directly onto the garden and swimming pool area.
