Villa Atlantico is a superb 3 bedroomed villa which has been designed to maximize the stunning, uninterrupted ocean views, particularly from the living room, master bedroom and sun terrace.
There is a screened roof sun terrace with barbecue and dining furniture so that you can make the most of the ocean views.
Outside, there is a large garden with a private and sheltered heated swimming pool that has ample decking for the sun loungers.
This villa offers high-class comfort in one of the most advantageous positions on the Praia d´el Rey golf resort.
The Living room / Dining room has a Satellite TV, DVD and CD player with a 'Bose' sound system. There is a dining area between the kitchen and lounge. The fully fitted kitchen has an induction hob, microwave, fan oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
The two double and one twin bedrooms are comfortably furnished with a 6ft bed in the en suite master bedroom.
Villa Atlantico is located on an elevated ridge overlooking the Praia d´el Rey golf course with great views out to the Atlantic Ocean. It is less than 10 minutes walk to the beach and to the facilities of the 5 star Marriot Hotel.
A 15 minute drive along the coast is the resort and fishing port of Baleal and Peniche famous for its fish restaurants. Obidos is a 20 minute drive and Caldas Da Rainha is 30 minutes away. This is a great place to wander with a good selection of shops, museums, parks, daily local markets, restaurants and bars.
Lisbon is only a 1 hour drive away.

A Beautiful and well equipped villa in a well laid out complex. Wish golf was a little cheaper, the course was fantastic! Bom Successo well worth playing as well! We had great fun in pool and beach. Enjoyed kids club near golf club.
Lisbon day trip was excellent. Obidos Medieval festival very good!

We are a Spanish couple with 4 children, and we stay in Villa Atlantico at the end of june, the villa is perfect, with a fantastic swimming pool and ocean views.I love cooking and the kitchen was perfect, you´re cooking with the Ocean Atlantico, and you find everything for cook .The living room with books, tv a perfect place to have siesta.
The tennis club is fantastic .
I have a villa to rent in north of Spain and I like the comments so thanks and congratulation to the owners of this beautiful villa, We hope go there next year, sorry for my english level and obrigado........and change photos is even better than photos

My family of 4 have just returned from a wonderful and much needed holiday at Villa Atlantico.
The Villa was as wonderful as described but if anything the views from the Villa are far better than the pictures.
The Pool is in such a sun trap and was really private-The Villa really has been built to make the most of the location.
Two of us played golf on 5 occasions-(booked in advance through a golf co.so cheaper) and after a trip to Obidos lagoon spent most of the time by the pool and walking on the beach.
The welcome pack was exactly what we needed upon arrival and I would also like to say thank you for the flowers and for everything being so clean.
