I am very happy to announce that our fantastic Championship Golf course from
Donald Steel ( 18 holes, Par 72 )will be ready for your clients from the
27th September 2008, Saturday.

Also here are our Public and Net Prices. Please be aware of Internet pricing
rules; it’s strictly forbidden to publicize internet prices less
than 10%
off the Public Rates. Breaking this rule means that we will not accept any
bookings coming from your company, for everybody’s sake.



Basic playing rules:

- Minimum 36 handicap is required both for Ladies and Gentlemen.

- Handicap certificate showing is needed when checking in.

- Players with handicap higher than 36 or with Greencard will be
able to play in a flight where the majority of players has 36 or lower, or
in late starting times , according to our course’s availability

- Dressing code : no Tee shirts, blue jeans, bathing shorts are
permitted

- Soft spikes shoes only.



Accommodation:

We will have some 50 Townhouses with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms ( suites)ready for
that time, and I will keep you posted when everything is in order, meanwhile
we are just 5 minutes from Praia del Ret Resort ( Marriot hotel and
Townhouses ) and 10 minutes from Obidos, where you have some charming small
hotels.
