PORTUGAL - CONDOMS ON SALE VIA CIGARETTE VENDING MACHINES
Braga is the first region of the country to make condom purchases easier,
after a company, Rodriflex, decided to make them available via their cigarette vend ing machines. As well as making condoms easily available, they are also cheaper to buy, at €1.00 for a pack of three.
At the moment this initiative is only being employed in the north of Portugal, with 500 machines selling over 10,000 packs, but the company hopes to soon reach the whole country.
