Casa Albire is a spacious modern villa at the village of Casais do Mestre Mende, Peniche, just 4 minutes drive from the championship golf course at Praia Del Rey. Ideally situated for the surfing beach of Baleal.
Finished to a high standard just a year ago Casa Albire has not been offered for rental before and offers good value for parties of up to eight. There is an attractive fitted kitchen/dining room, a spacious lounge with seating for eight and two ground floor bedrooms both with their own bath/shower rooms. There are two further en suite bedrooms on the first floor. Outside is a spacious lawned back garden, patio with bbq and table and chairs for outside dining.
Location
A 15 minute drive along the coast is the resort and fishing port of Baleal and Peniche famous for its fish restaurants. Obidos is a 20 minute drive and Caldas Da Rainha is 30 minutes away. This is a great place to wander with a good selection of shops, museums, parks, daily local markets, restaurants and bars.
Lisbon is only a 1 hour drive away.

I have seen your house and I would be interested in booking it from the 2nd to the 16th of August. We would be 5 adults and two children (2 and 5 years old).
How far is is it to the beach?
