Yes, I can help.

There is a shop called Food Fayre in Messines (Central Algarve,
just off the motorways) which sells a range of imported produce from UK
including mincemeat. They will get you most things if not in stock.
Telephone 282332692. We were there last Monday and bought pork pies,
crumpets, sausage rolls, bread flour and yeast, and a good non vacume packed
English cheddar.
