The Portuguese Equestrian Art School performs Gala shows at the Queluz Palace Gardens

The Portuguese Equestrian Art School performs Gala shows at the Queluz Palace Gardens, faithful to the traditions and techniques that have long influenced Portuguese equestrian art. Various exercises are performed during this show, including the Carrousel, a type of equestrian ballet featuring ten Lusitanian horses. The aim of Portuguese Equestrian Art School is to both conserve and promote the ancient and magnificent traditions of the Portuguese equestrian art form.
Every Wednesday during July and September, 11am, Queluz Palace. Tickets 8 euros. Daily training, 10am-1pm, open to the public.
