A spacious new 3 bedroom townhouse located in the prestigious Vila dos Principes, on the Praia d'el Rey Golf Course. Beautifully furnished and benefiting from one of the largest roof top terraces on the development, this townhouse has views of a shared pool, pine trees and the golf course.
The large open plan lounge and dining area has contemporary furnishings, an open fire, TV, DVD player, CD player, board games and a selection of DVDs. The kitchen has a dishwasher, cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine, toaster etc. The roof terrace has tables, chairs and sun-loungers and superb views. The spacious master bedroom has a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a full size bath, 2 sinks and shower room. Two further twin bedrooms share an additional bathroom.

This was the most fabulous townhouse. The location was perfect. The size was perfect. The facilities were perfect. We spent a very relaxing 2 weeks in this townhouse only having to walk 5 paces to reach the almost deserted poolside. Local supermarkets were easy to reach in our hire car.
The only holiday that we have been (other than Vancouver) that we would definitely do again. Thank you for allowing us to share your villa.
