The villa is situated approximately 10 miles from the centre of Foz Do Arelho, a small beach resort located at the mouth of the Obidos Lagoon and adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean. The calm waters of the Lagoon are perfect for sailing, windsurfing and swimming whilst the more lively Atalntic Ocean provides a surfers paradise. In the resort there are a number of restaurants and bars with superb views across the huge expanse of beach.

I am interested in renting a villa for 3 months with the probability of extending the rental for another three months. My family and I would require the villa from the begining of June and would be obliged if you could inform me of any special rates you have available for long term letting.
