The apartments are just below the town walls and within a 50 yard walk of a pedestrian gate straight into the town. The Real D'Obidos hotel is next door with several nice restaurants and bars within five minutes walk. The main street in Obidos is about 100 metres up the hill and there are many lovely little shops and many more restaurants, cafes and bars. The walls around Obidos are stunning as is the castle.

There is a very good supermarket about ten minutes drive away with more extensive shopping available in Caldas da Rainha.

Villa Espineda is a truly beautiful new property having just been designer furnished for the 2010 season. The whole property is extremely spacious.

The living room, kitchen and dining room are on the first floor to take advantage of the spectacular views over the Praia d'el Rey golf course and out to sea.

There is a large living room with ample seating for eight and a sun terrace with table and chairs just off the living room. A perfect place to sit out and enjoy the sun and the views.

There is also a study on the first floor with an additional sofa bed, desk and chair. The fully-equipped kitchen has a hob, oven, large fridge-freezer and microwave.

The four bedrooms, all with private en suite facilities, are on the lower ground floor with access directly onto the garden and swimming pool area. There are sun loungers and a table and chairs for use by the pool. The utility room is on this floor and has a washing machine and tumble dryer. This really is a superb property with lots of space and private terraces and plenty of room around the heated swimming pool.

This luxury ground floor apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, and tumble dryer, etc.

The spacious living room has a TV, DVD and CD and a nice dining space with table and chairs accommodating up to 6 people.

There is one double master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and two further twin bedrooms, which share a separate bathroom.

There are several terraces with sunloungers and an outside table and chairs which all make for a great place to relax and chill after a day in the sun or playing golf.

The apartment is located within a short walk of the the Praia D´el Rey Clubhouse, golf course, childrens playground and the 5 star Marriot Hotel. The other facilities of the resort including the beach, tennis courts, and shops are within walking distance.

A 15 minute drive along the coast from the apartment is the resort of Baleal and the fishing port of Peniche, famous for its fish restaurants. Obidos is a 20 minute drive and Caldas Da Rainha is 30 minutes away. This is a great place to wander with a good selection of shops, museums, parks, daily local markets, restaurants and bars.

Lisbon is 1 hours drive.
